What We Do: Custom Extrusion

Custom Blend Materials to achieve mechanical, electrical, and flame spread requirements.

Laminate Multiple Products onto sheets including: acrylic cap for UV resistance, decorative films, vinyl-skinned foam and color striping.

Recycled and /or reprocessed plastic sheet materials can be produced for EXT customers when structural and aesthetic requirements allow.
Tolerances
Color Tolerance: At 5,000 pounds and above EXT can match to a tolerance of +/- 1.25 on the LAB scale. This tolerance will be measured on smooth surfaces with identical photo spectral measuring equipment. Textures will add to the deviation of a color due to shadows and cannot be used for the color match tolerance. Additional processing of the plastic sheet by such methods as heat bending or thermoforming will add heat profiles and effect the color of end plastic products, as well. All color concentrates utilized by EXT are RoHS compliant.
